Description

Usage:

Coaxial cables of the 15th series with 75 Ohm impedance are designed for transmitting analog and digital signals in cable, satellite and terrestrial television distribution networks, including those using DOCSIS 2.0 or DOCSIS 3.0, connecting video surveillance systems, connecting terrestrial television and satellite antennas.

FinMark F1560BV coaxial cable is ideal for sub-backbone sections of the network, where its excellent electrical and operational characteristics, such as low attenuation, good shielding and low DC resistance, can be fully used.

FinMark F1560BV cable is mainly laid between buildings, on columns, beams, walls and roofs of buildings.

Design:

Aluminum, copper-clad central core, physically foamed polyethylene dielectric, two-layer screen of aluminum foil and braid with 60% coverage glued to the dielectric, black polyvinyl chloride sheath.

Cable designation RG-15, RG-1560 RG-1560BV

Among the offers from various manufacturers, you can often find the marking of coaxial cables RG-15, RG-15 with standard 60% coverage braid, or RG-1560.

Such marking first began to be used in the middle of the 20th century for cables for various purposes. RG designation of cables has become widespread, so it is sometimes used even now, although this principle no longer accurately describes the features and characteristics of all cable models available on the market.

If you need a coaxial cable of the RG-1560 RG-1560BV type or you are looking for a replacement for an old RG-15 cable with a standard or 60% braid, we recommend that you pay attention to the modern FinMark F1560BV model.

If you cannot find a cable with the necessary parameters yourself, ask a question using the form on the website or contact your DEPS manager – we will try to find the best option in the shortest possible time.
