Description
Usage:
For hanging on supports of communication lines and electric power supply lines, between houses and other objects.
Design:
Lightweight self-supporting cable type “8” with one optical module, which can accommodate up to 12 optical fibers. The sheath is made of UV-stabilized high-density polyethylene. The supporting strength element is made of galvanized wire with a diameter of 1.6 and 1.8. Additional resistance to external mechanical influences is provided by a layer of Kevlar (aramid) fibers located along the perimeter of the optical module.
The optical fiber cable is manufactured with Fujikura FutureGuide – LWP optical fiber (compliant with ITU-T G.652.D) – review the specifications here. At the customer’s request, the optical cable can be manufactured with fibers compliant with ITU-T G.655.
